[2013-02-10 / Republica / RSS] SAPTARI, Feb 10: Two girls from Pipra Purba VDC of Saptari district were raped at the same place when they were collecting dry cow dung cakes in Koshitappu Wildlife Reserve area.

Two unknown youths raped the 10 and 11 years-old-girls of Saha and Khanga surname respectively of Pipra Purba VDC while they were collecting cow dung cakes in the jungle, according to their family source. The youths involved in the incidents have not been identified yet.

The girls are undergoing treatment at Sagarmatha Zonal Hospital, Rajbiraj and further investigation on the incident is underway, said Rajendra Basnet, Police Inspector at the Area Police Office, Kanchanpur, Saptari.
